|  Our Team Joanne Greenspan - Broker Joanne is the broker/owner of All Island Realty Group, Inc. for three years now. Prior to opening All Island she was a solo broker working in the residential marketplace on Long Island.
She began her real estate career in 1997 as an agent for Daniel Gale Associates. While there she was chosen as Rookie of the Year and both Silver and Gold Circle of Achievement.
In 2009 Disney Vacation Club approached her to represent them in New York as their exclusive Managing Broker. She managed a group of more than 40 agents who were authorized to sell Disney's Timeshare product in the New York market.
Prior to entering the real estate business, she worked for Axa/Equitable selling insurance and variable annuities to the New York City business market.
After graduating from Adelphi University on Long Island Joanne entered the world of retail merchandising and worked for Bloomingdale's as a department manager and assistant buyer.
She specializes in the high-end residential market on the North Shore of Long Island with most of her sales coming in Woodbury, Syosset, Cold Spring Harbor, Mill Neck, Oyster Bay, East Norwich, Old Brookville, Upper Brookville, Huntington, Plainview and Jericho.
